The Crossmen Alumni Association will be hosting its annual scholarship event on Saturday, March 29th at VFW Post 106 in West Chester, PA. There will be plenty of food, a live band, Crossmen video, as well as door prizes, raffles, and special guests including Crossmen Director Mark Chambers and Executive Director Fred Morrison. Food, beer and soda will be included with the admission price, but well drinks will be cash bar.

Annual Scholarship Event - March 29th
The Crossmen Alumni Association will be hosting its annual scholarship event on Saturday, March 29th at VFW Post 106  in West Chester, PA at 7pm.

The Crossmen Alumni Association Scholarship Program honors the memories of two of its own who died heroically in the service of helping others, Derrick Harvey (Philadelphia firefighter) and Joseph Kempf (a volunteer EMT). In their honor, we award current marching members of the Crossmen World Class Drum Corps who have demonstrated a financial need and an extraordinary commitment to the corps. This event is a fundraiser for those scholarships which will be presented in June 2008.

There will be plenty of food, a live band, Crossmen video, as well as door prizes, raffles, and special guests including Crossmen Director Mark Chambers and Executive Director Fred Morrison. Food, beer and soda will be included with the admission price, but well drinks will be cash bar.

We will also accept payment at the door, but would like as many folks as possible to pay in advance so we can get an estimated expected headcount for the hall and food.


Raffle donations are still needed. In our efforts to make this event a success, we are looking for companies or individuals to provide products for our event raffle. Please consider donating a gift certificate or other item for our raffle.

Gift Donor letter with Tax ID for the raffle is available upon request.
