The excitement is building as the Crossmen make their way back toward the East Coast. The Crossmen Alumni Association is sponsoring a series of fun and interactive events to coincide with their arrival.
July 31st - Crossmen Hall of Fame Ceremony at the West Chester Show (Look for the white Alumni Tent at the stadium)
August 1st - Alumni dinner with the corps and exhibition at their housling site in Elverson, PA (Twin Valley HS)
August 2nd - Annual Picnic in the Park at Allentown (alumni gather each year at the park next to the pool and basketball courts)
We are currently accepting donations for the Alumni Dinner with the Corps during East Feast Appreciation Weekend for the Crossmen. We've already received a donation that will cover the softpretzels and the Italian Ice, but we're still accepting for TastyKakes, Herr's Chips, WaWa Iced Tea, and hoagies.
The hoagies will be provided by 'Slice It Up' in Malvern, PA. They are located at in the Great Valley Shopping Center on Rts 30 & 401 in Malvern, PA. Here's their official website: http://www.sliceituppizza.com/
If you're thinking about bringing any of these items, please drop them off at the Crossmen food truck, either at the West Chester Show (7/31) or the corps housing site during the day at Twin Valley HS in Elverson, PA (7/31-8/2). Please let Donna Reedy on the food truck know that these are for the East Feast.
