We hope you can join us as we celebrate 35 Seasons of the Crossmen and gather together for our annual DCI East Picnic in the Park on Saturday, August 1st.
In celebration, the CAA is planning to sell special Alumni shirts, and hoagies, chips, and soda will be available at the alumni tent for those who are interested.
There will also be raffle tickets sold for a chance to win tickets to a taping of the Late Show with David Letterman show of your choice, as well as a 50/50 drawing. All proceeds will go toward the 2010 Crossmen Scholarships.
Due to the new parking ordinance at Cedar Creek Park, we now gather at the volleyball and basketball courts (next to the swimming pool and parking lot) off of North Ott and Hamilton Streets. There is a parking lot next to our picnic site, so try and get there early to reserve a spot.
Bring out the kids and have some fun with your old (and young) drum corps buddies. Everyone is invited! So feel free to bring your own game and picnic accessories. Public showers and bathrooms are also conveniently located by the swimming pool.
The picnic kicks-off at 2:00 pm, the box office opens at 2:30 pm, and the show begins at 6:30 pm.
