Due to federal and state regulations regarding the shipment of alcohol, wine cannot be shipped outside of the United States or to the following states: AL, AK, MD, MS, PA, UT. All of the organizations Grapesurfer partners with are registered 501(c)3 organizations. FedEx will make 3 delivery attempts where someone over 21 years of age will need to sign for the package. FEDEX CANNOT LEAVE PACKAGES AT THE DOOR. If the package is returned to us we will need to re-charge shipping costs. If you choose to cancel your order after a package is returned we cannot refund the shipping and handling charges.
