Guess What? Drum Corps Still Costs money!

 

JUST LIKE ANY OTHER DRUM CORPS, THIS ONE IS GOING TO TAKE A  FINANCIAL COMMITMENT.

Below are the anticipated financial breakdowns for the 50th Alumni Corps.

Payments will be accepted via the Crossmen Productions portal.

This is a safe and secure method of payment.

Payments can be paid monthly or in a lump sum.

 

Member Fees

$1000 Fees include:

  • 6 nights hotel lodging in Indy (all are required to stay at the designated hotel)

  • Hotel **

    • 4 to a room – No additional cost

    • 3 to a room - Additional $80 per person

    • 2 to a room – Additional $240.00 per person

    • Entire room to self – Additional $720.00

  • Meals

  • Uniform

  • Equipment

  • Bus transportation in Indy

  • Banquet

Camp Fees (not included in payment schedule):

  • San Antonio Camp $150.00 plus lodging

  • Allentown Camp $150.00 plus lodging

Other costs not included above:

  • Bus to Indy TBD

  • Bus to Allentown from Indy TBD

Staff/Admin/Volunteer Fees

The cost for the administration team, staff and volunteers will be a different amount than the marching members, as they will not need a uniform, instrument, etc.  We do however, have to cover the costs of hotel, meals, snacks, banquet and transportation. 

$650 Fees include:

6 nights hotel lodging in Indy (all are required to stay at the designated hotel)

        4 to a hotel room- No additional cost

        3 to a hotel room- additional $80 per person

        2 to a hotel room- additional $240 per person

        Whole room- additional $720.

    Bus transportation in Indy

    Banquet

Payment Due Dates

  • December 1st, 2022: 1st payment due at time of registration – $250

  • March 16th, 2023: 2nd payment due – $250.00

  • October 14th, 2023: 3rd payment due – $250.00

  • March 16th, 2024: Remaining balance due

**Note: If the extra people in your room are not all paying members, staff, admin or volunteers, you will need to purchase the entire room.  The breakdown is only if all persons in room are paying.  

**Fees are non-refundable**
