WE DID IT
TOGETHER FOREVER

The Crossmen 50th Anniversary Alumni Corps is now a memory. A glorious memory. created with vision, determination, skill, belief, perseverance, sweat, and muscle aches. It took almost 3 years to build, and after a short 12 or so minuets it was over.

The memories and the chance to re-connect with old friends, and fall right back into the same comfortable feeling you had with them 10, 20, 30, 40, or 50 years ago was amazing. The instant connection with new friends and the feeling that you had known each other for years, after only a few short hours was incredible.

The Crossmen alumni corps embodied everything the Crossmen stand for.

The ability of people from all over the country, and some from outside of it, to come together, and under difficult conditions, working hard, and believing in ourselves, [while maybe questioning whether or not we could pull it off] and in the end representing the organization that we all love so much  in the best possible light, and most of all GETTING THAT AUDIENCE ON THEIR FEET!!!!

AS YOU WILL SEE SOME PAGES HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM THIS SECTION OF THE SITE, BUT JUST SO YOU CAN LOOK BACK AND REMEBER WHAT IT WAS LIKE WHEN YOU WERE DECIDING IF YOU WERE GOPING TO TAKE PART IN THIS LITTLE ADVENTURE, THERE IS SOME ORIGINAL CONTENT LEFT BEHIND. SOME STOOD THE TEST OF TIME,...

SOME NOT SO MUCH

THERE IS A NEW SECTION THAT ALLOWS YOU TO UPLOAD PHOTOS AND VIDEOS FOR OTHERS TO ENJOY. SO PLEASE SHARE YOUR MEMORIES!!!

The Crossmen 50th Anniversary Alumni Corps will be performing a full field show in

Indianapolis at the

2024 DCI Championships.

There will also be the opportunity to perform at the

2024 DCI Southwest Regional in San Antonio and at the DCI Eastern Classic Regional in Allentown.

We need performers and volunteers to help make these events a huge success!

We have assembled an ALL-STAR design team and

we are committed to producing a professional tribute to the Crossmen legacy!

Want to have fun in the spotlight once again? Want to make new Crossmen memories,  and reunite with old Crossmen friends, even make new Crossmen friends? Join us. We are going to put on an incredible show in front of DCI's biggest audience. You know you want to feel that rush of excitement you got walking out of the tunnel to see a huge crowd just waiting for you to bring them out of their seats.

If  you are ready, we are asking of you to commit to the following:

  • One of Two rehearsal weekends during the summer of 2024.

  • A one week “tour” where you will live the drum corps life kind of the way you knew it all over again, except there are hotels involved, with meals included. Sleeping bags & air mattresses are your call if a bed doesn't suit you. This "tour" will begin the Monday after DCI East just prior to DCI finals or on the bus ride from Allentown.

  • Memorize about 15 minutes of music and to march several minutes of drill.

  • A financial commitment of at least $1000.00, of which half will be due by March of 2023.

  • A drive to be the best you can be in a short window of time and NOT suck. Rehearsals will be productive and focused, similar to your days in the corps, with minimal "one more time", right, of course there will be social events celebrating our achievement in 2024.

In exchange for your efforts we look to offer you:

  • The traditional Friday Night “encore” performance slot for alumni corps at the 2024 DCI Semifinals, prior to the Age out Ceremonies .

  • Performances in San Antonio at the Southwest Championships. (Saturday Night)

  • Performance in Allentown at DCI East (Saturday Night)

  • The opportunity to attend the 50th Crossmen Alumni Luncheon Banquet on the morning of DCI Finals.

  • During your One Week Tour: housing in hotels unlike when you marched with all meals provided starting on Tuesday morning.

  • The entire musical show, ready for you to put your work in at home, as soon as the Design team has signed off on the production.

The 50th Anniversary Alumni Corps is a big family reunion: a big family that is spread all over the globe. We are being given an opportunity by DCI that not many corps receive. This is our opportunity to reunite, to celebrate some of the greatest moments of our lives, while creating new lasting memories together.
