Terry Booth Fields

2025

Induction:

Terry Booth Fields’s induction into the Crossmen Hall of Fame recognizes her lifelong dedication to the corps as a charter member, marching performer, Crossmen parent, scholarship leader, camp and tour volunteer, and devoted member of the Crossmen family.

As a charter member of the Crossmen, Terry helped bring the newly formed corps to life in 1975. She marched for five seasons, from 1975 through 1979, making her part of the pioneering generation that established the identity, traditions, and spirit of Bones. Those early members helped build the foundation for everything the Crossmen would become, and Terry’s commitment during those formative years places her firmly within that important history.

Terry’s connection to the corps continued well beyond her own time on the field. As a Crossmen mom, she experienced the organization from another meaningful perspective, supporting the next generation of members and helping strengthen the family atmosphere that has always defined the corps.

Her service also extended to the alumni community and member support efforts. As past Scholarship Coordinator, Terry helped ensure that young performers had opportunities to pursue the Crossmen experience, reflecting her belief in the value of drum corps and the life-changing impact it can have on students.

Terry has also given generously of her time as a camp and tour volunteer, stepping in wherever needed to support members, staff, and the organization. Her willingness to serve across generations reflects the true spirit of a Crossmen pioneer: someone who helped build the corps, stayed connected, and continued giving back.

For her years as a charter member and five-year marching veteran, her service as a Crossmen parent, her leadership as Scholarship Coordinator, her dedication as a camp and tour volunteer, and her lasting commitment to the Crossmen family, we proudly honor Terry Booth Fields as a member of the Crossmen Hall of Fame Class of 2025.
