Crossmen Announces 2026 Hall of Fame Class
The Crossmen are proud to announce the 2026 Crossmen Hall of Fame Class, honoring six individuals whose dedication, leadership, service, and love for the corps have made a lasting impact on the Crossmen organization.
The 2026 inductees are:

Dr. Patricia “Patty” Plan O’Neill, MD
Sharon Morris Washick
Jean Lyman
Jaime Alvarez-Calderon
Joseph Banegas
This year’s class represents many different chapters of the Crossmen story. From alumni performers and educators to medical leadership, board service, volunteerism, operations, fundraising, administration, and preservation of corps traditions, each inductee has helped strengthen the organization and support generations of Crossmen members.
David Borland is recognized for his leadership as Board Chair and volunteer Executive Director, helping guide the corps through the post-COVID era with professionalism, vision, and a deep commitment to the member experience.
Dr. Patricia “Patty” Plan O’Neill, MD, is honored for her service as an alumna, physician, medical leader, fundraiser, and devoted caretaker of the health and wellness of Crossmen members.
Sharon Morris Washick is recognized for decades of service as a marching member, staff member, Board member, volunteer, historian, and supporter of the alumni corps.
Jean Lyman is honored for her extraordinary work as a parent volunteer, fundraiser, Board Secretary, event organizer, donor, and tireless supporter of members, families, and staff.
Jaime Alvarez-Calderon is recognized for his leadership across percussion, administration, program coordination, and design during the corps’ important Texas-era development and return to DCI Finals.
Joseph Banegas is honored for his service as a marching member, soloist, Tour Assistant, Tour Director, Assistant Corps Director, and key leader during the corps’ early years in San Antonio.
Together, these six inductees reflect the very best of the Crossmen spirit: dedication, service, perseverance, leadership, and family. Their contributions have helped preserve the legacy of Bones while ensuring that future generations continue to experience the life-changing power of the Crossmen.
